Charles Towers South Tower

Been here about two years now (as of March 2024). Started off decent enough, with small issues here and there in my own apartment, but now there is a huge elevator issue and consistent poor communication. It is a dice roll if the elevators are up, especially on the weekends. Also a dice roll if it is communicated that they are down at all or back up. As of typing this on a Sunday, all 3 elevators have been down for nearly 4 hours with no word. I live on one of the higher floors (20+), so I could go down, but going back up? I was going to do laundry and some grocery shopping but that ain't happening for the moment. First, homie with the dreads at the front desk. 10/10 service, stand up and very kind guy, I have only ever had good interactions with him. Everything else, the maintenance of this building is in shambles. The laundry rooms are a disaster, the elevators are constantly broken, and communication from management is some of the worst I've experienced in my life. Do not move here if you have any kind of mobility disability. It's not worth it.

0/5 — WORST PLACE ON EARTH Living at 15 Charles Plz was the worst mistake of my life. Every few days, the water would get shut off; seriously, on average, about every 3 days. Laundry? Broken for months :) When it worked, the machines were POS. The whole place reeks; garbage, marijuana, dog poop; you smell it everywhere. Bugs are everywhere too: lobby, hallways, yard, you name it. The noise was unbearable. My neighbor played an electric guitar every single day. I went to the office again and again to complain, and they literally did nothing. No response, no effort, no care. We have two dogs, and we’re very dog-friendly, but the yard was disgusting; completely covered in dog poop. Affordable apartments, but they take over a month to respond to repair requests, and sometimes don't respond at all. Edit: in addition to taking weeks to respond to work orders, the laundry room usually has half of it's machines broken along with there being no set price on the dryers

It's poor communication and Both elevators are down now we've been here for about a month or two maybe three pets are welcome that's the only Plus
