I've been living here 6 months and 8 out of 10 residents are great. We're like a family. Yes, there are a few 'black sheep' here but other than that everyone gets along.

Would leave zero stars if possible. I was going to look into having a family member stay here till I got to talking to some current and old tenants and was informed that it was absolutely infested with bed bugs and roaches. Not to mention they are completely neglectful when it comes to taking care of the issue and just expect to everyone living there to deal with it. That’s absolutely disgusting and if it wouldn’t mean multiple people being without a home I would go above and beyond to have you shut down. SHAME ON YOU THEY ARE PEOPLE AND DESERVE A BETTER HOME.

Nice people working here , can’t expect to much with hud subsidies funded apartments. They do a decent job at keeping up with things

This place used to be one of the decent ones, but anymore, the halls very seldom get cleaned like they used to. Also, unlike other housing developments, they don’t have a mandate in place to where if you have “the bugs”, you have to quarantine for two weeks or until PEST CONTROL or MAINTENANCE clears you. Also, I personally don’t think they’re truly an “equal opportunity” housing facility.

Going on my 3 year on October love the staff they my family like they have a social worker that can help when in need when i need to pur in a work order they come the same day fixt the problem some of the residents look our for each other in need like that
