Thank you so much to Charles Rinek Construction for building our beautiful home. Charles and staff not only helped design and construct our home, but they helped us out when our first builder was no longer able to build in our community. The quality and workmanship of our home and pool is excellent. As a long distance owner at the time of the build there were a few communication issues which were resolved in a timely manner. They handled permitting and approvals with our HOA relatively transparently to us making that portion of the build less stressful. We found working with the staff selecting colors and finishes very enjoyable. We did have difficulty with the length of time it took to complete our build but Charles was able to obtain the appropriate extensions required to not incur

Charles Rinek built our home and we are so glad we chose his company. Our home is 7 years old now, and it’s still in perfect condition because he uses the highest quality materials. We grew to love and know all of our subcontractors who were like family. If we built again, we would definitely build with him and Jeanne all over again!

Charles custom built our home and we couldn't be happier! We decided on using Charles literally in the first three minutes we met him. He was a true professional. He listened to what we wanted, put it into a plan and built the house of our dreams. When we wanted items that would've put more money in his pocket, he talked us out of wasting money on items we didn't need. Add to this all, we built the house from Arizona and did the entire process remotely. We would do it again in a heartbeat. If you want to build a house, Charles is your guy!!!!!

I can’t say enough good about Rinek Construction. I have worked with Jeanne on interior design projects for my home and with Charles on redoing my deck that was a mess from water intrusion. Both Jeanne and Charles are outstanding professionals, honest, down to earth, and trustworthy! We are fortunate to have this company in our area.

Construction this last year was by far met with many challenges. While the pandemic caused many delays Charles pushed through them and kept me informed. Although my project was a commercial one (Flagler Toy Storage) I would not hesitate to reach out to Charles for a new home build.
