Charles Pointe Apartments

These are great Apartments. The location and environment is great. The staff is very friendly and professional. The area is quite and clean. Would highly recommend!

I lived at the Charles Pointe Apartments for 1 year. The management there is awesome, kind, and very supportive to the residents there. Between the property management staff and the maintenance staff they are all on top of keeping the property looking amazing from the insides and outsides of the apartments, to the grounds, to the pool. Specifically, Cindy and Amber who run the main office went out of their way to assist with anything I needed while I lived there and during the moving out process. I moved out after 1 year because I received a work promotion which transferred me to another state. I would still be living there today had I not promoted and moved with my job. If I am ever back in the Florence, SC area I will definitely look to rent there again. I highly recommend this property

I have been here for 5 years. It has been a very pleasant experience, that's why I am still here. For the most part, it is very quite. Anytime I needed some maintenance attention, which was not much, they were on it. If they need to come into the apartment for maintenance, bug spray, etc...they always give advance notice by letter, email or by phone. The office is very responsive, even after hours if needed. For an apartment...location, price, amenities, service...Highly recommended!!!

I lived here for a year and absolutely loved it! The staff were very friendly and always helpful. The pool and gym amenities were quality, and my dog very much enjoyed the dog park. The only reason I left these apartments was because I was moving out of state; otherwise I definitely would have continued to rent from them. Really excellent place to live!

I visit my aunt frequently. Nice apartments. Spacious. Plenty of amenities. Convenient to downtown Florence, I95, Myrtle Beach is just over an hour or so away. Clean. Pool, little kiddie park, dog park, small gym. Quiet area.
