Honestly I dont live here but ive know people that has lived here and they dont repair things like they should. Horrible old air and heat units that need to be replaced with new. Old appliances. Cracks in the walls in some units from what I have heard. They charge for things being broken even if they were messed up when you move in. So make sure to take photos of everything when u move in.
