Definitely would not recommend anyone using their Realtors. One realtor completely let a house sale out from under us. Waiting over a month for the realtor to return our call. We have tried multiple times to reach her leaving message after message and nothing. Then she returns the call. We call back an hour later and the house already sold. Awful, awful realtor. Will not ever go through buying a house from them or sale a house through them.
Charles Euton was watching the price come down on a house we wanted. As soon as we made an offer he went in with a cash offer and back dated the contract. We wanted it for our home. He wanted it so he could flip it and make money. Very unethical! Shame on his greediness! Don't do business with these people!
