My husband and I have had the opportunity to work with Charles as our realtor. I am beyond grateful for the experience we had with Charles, as he exceeded our expectations. He assisted us in finding a good bank to work with and made sure that we were treated fairly. He also made sure that the bank keep their promise of providing us with low interest rate. He was always available for any question or concerns. There is a lot that goes on during the buying process between the buyers, sellers, inspection, attorneys, and the bank. Charles was on top of everything and made sure all communications were taking care of. We definitely recommend charles to anyone looking to buy a house. We will certainly be working with him again.

As someone whose been buying house all over Brooklyn and NJ for many years and dealing with multiple real estate agencies, I can honestly say my experience with Charles D'Alessandro has got to be the worst. He posted a listing he had on zillow and redfin that caught my eye and within 3 hours i was able to get an appointment for a private viewing with him to see the house in the morning. When I walked in he didnt introduce himself nor did he look busy. He sat down on a chair by the door and said "yea go take a look" as if not to be bothered with. My husband and i walked around and helped ourselves as people were walking in to what i thought would be our private viewing of the house.
