I would not recommend this company. I have rented from them for 3 years and within the past 2 years David has been completely unresponsive. He doesn’t communicate and any issues you have will go disregarded. I was given a non renewal notice without any explanation. Upon moving out, my apartment was in good condition he still took majority of my security deposit even though I was a really good tenant.

This is a hideous, unscrupulous realtor! This is the letter I received in the mail and the envelope was even handwritten. There is NO foreclosure action by any bank on my property but this realtor seems to feel it it ethical to use scare tactics for business. I hope other people see this and steer clear of this realtor/company. See photo posted.

David kutner extremely rude, people in the realtor industry has to know that service , courtesy, satisfaction is the key, need to work very hard to get the excellence not only by realtor also like person, good look and keep working .
