This place is a complete dumpster fire!!!!! Run away as fast as you can! They DO NOT help you with anything in a timely manner. The apartment above me has leaked into my ceiling and into the walls... We're going on week three of nothing being done about it ... No compensation for rent or anything, just deal with it and the HUGE inconvenience it's going to make of them tearing my walls and ceiling out. What a joke this place is

I wanted to move to another one of their properties and they charge a $500 transfer fee. You still have to fill out an application and pay application fee and wait for approval so the $500 transfer fee does absolutely nothing for the loyal renter, actually you get charged the fee and new renters don't pay it! Great customer loyalty program! Disgusting money hungry company and I hope they fail miserably! Thank you for the clarification and updated info. I really was hoping to go to Bay Manor but I can't justify the additional $500. App fee is $35 but what else do I get per the transfer fee??

I help relocate Domestic Violence survivors on a volunteer level. One of my biggest concerns (and those of my clients) is SAFETY. I have contacted Springbrook and Charger Properties regarding an unsafe resident of theirs and have received no response. I would not recommend any of their properties to any of my clients. Someone with CSC charges passing a background check is mind blowing.

I would never recommend this property management company. After moving out, they wrongfully charged me $1,917, even though I gave proper notice in April to their office (Andrea specifically) before leaving. On top of that, my apartment had serious moisture problems on the walls and appliances, which I had reported while living there. Instead of addressing those issues, they tried to hold me responsible. This company shows a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and fairness. They ignore tenant concerns and then turn around and make unjust charges. If you value honesty and good management, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

If I could have placed zero stars I sure would have since this new company has taken over. This place has been rundown has been reported to the Better Business Bureau five times for the same complaints is overcharging upgrading rent by hundreds of dollars not caring what the appearance of the place looks like just worried about that money rolling in. Have pictures on the website from 1980 does not even look like the place anymore foundations in the apartments walls cracking in the apartments unknown growth on the walls. They just paint over it every time. Can’t keep maintenance they have absolutely no training. There’s not even an internship through this company for them and there’s absolutely no training they just pick and choose who they want to keep in fire. This company will even fire
