In my opinion, agents should always explore all options to prioritize their client’s best interests in negotiations. #fiduciaryduty

Don't go with this group. They have a realtor named Esther who needs to retire! She's rude, unprofessional, and doesn't treat people kindly.

Poor Andrea had to deal with me and my wife. We put her to work and she was great during the whole process. During our buying process, both of my grandparents had passed within weeks of each other and when I came home one day after work, Andrea had dropped off a blanket and a card with condolences. I can't recommend her enough. She took a lot of work off our hands and made this process the simplest it's ever been. This is our 3rd home and our previous realtor was no where near as thoughtful and hardworking as Andrea.

Andrea Summerhays helped us both sell our old house and get us into our new house. She was great!! She has a great eye for design and staging and knows the market well. The company was also great. Andrea had all of the agents come to our house when it was listed and give us feedback on the house and asking price. It was very helpful.
