Pleasant experience. Susan and Jody were very helpful and professional. Susan met us at the bank for document signing. She made it easy and convenient.
They holded my earnest money after as a buyer I terminated the contract within the option period, they demanded that they needed seller's approval to release funds- Which is by any means is an illegal practice - Once buyer terminiates the contract title company always immediatley releases funds to buyer's as far as they are under the option review period. Not recommened!
We have done five closings with Chapin Title, Pilot Point. Jodi and Susan are amazing. Very efficient and always willing to help. Highly recommend!
