Chapelcroft Apartments

After looking at several apartments, I made the final decision to move into Chapel Apartments, and I will be moving in soon. On the day of the room tour, even though it was cold winter weather, the exterior of the apartment was well maintained. Plants like cabbages were planted and clearly taken care of, and that made me smile. Just by looking at the apartment’s exterior and the condition of the plants, you can immediately tell whether an apartment is well managed or not. The lobby was very clean, and as soon as I entered the hallway, the heater was running very warmly, which made me feel excited even before seeing the room. The public reviews for this property do not reflect the reality experienced by long-term residents. Noise disturbances are frequent and ongoing. This includes children running through hallways unsupervised and general lack of enforcement of community rules, making it difficult to maintain basic peace inside your own unit. Security is a major concern. Package theft has been a persistent issue for multiple years, despite claims that deliveries are secure. Additionally, there was an incident where a homeless family was able to sleep in a stairwell for an extended period, resulting in unsanitary conditions and strong odors in the hallways. This raises serious concerns about access control and building security. There are also recurring pest problems, often originating from neighboring units. M

I lived here for over 5 years. Toby and Bonnie have been very helpful in assisting me throughout the years. Great customer service. I would recommend anyone looking to rent to check out any of Concordia properties. Also can’t forget about mark from maintenance. Whenever I had issues he addressed in a speedy and timely manner. There never was a problem he couldn’t fix. 👍

I just moved here and I had really good experience with Natia she was very nice, sweet, organized, and she made my movement to here very smooth. She made sure my apartment is very clean and everything is new in it before I move and I really like it. Thank you so much Natia.

I've been living here for almost 6 months now. I've had some things that needed repair and each time, the repair was done the same day. The maintenance crew responds quickly and get the job done efficiently. Mark is very polite and does a great job getting things fixed.
