Chapel Valley Townhomes

I moved to the townhomes 10 days ago. So far, I am loving it here. There is plenty of storage spaces inside the home. The place is overall spacious, very clean, appliances and cabinets are in good condition. The leasing process was smooth and the leasing team was helpful and very cooperative. The area is very lively and overall safe. The community has strict rules to insure safety and peace of mind for all. New tenants are given priority service to address any issue they encounter, which happened to me. I reported a few items that needed to be fixed or looked at, and they were taken care of in no time. As a tenant, I can confidently say that Senora is an outstanding leasing manager. She is always helpful, approachable, and professional in every interaction. Whenever an issue arises, she takes it seriously and works efficiently to resolve it, ensuring everything is handled smoothly and on time. Senora has the worst customer service and absolutely no people skills. I was simply trying to understand the situation with my daughter, who unfortunately has to break her lease due to hardship. She agreed to follow the contract and pay $3,500 to end the lease early. I asked my daughter to call and request one more day — until October 1st — and she was told she would be charged for that extra day, which she agreed to. Later, Senora told her she now had to pay seven more days because she “didn’t inform them she was leaving on the 1st” and “didn’t return the keys.” When I called to clarify, Senora immediately raised her voice. Senora Randolph is an amazing leasing manager, I’m truly thankful for all that she do for me. Whenever we have maintenance issues she always make sure it’s done in timely fashion, I’ve been living here for almost 8yrs and ms Randolph has been the best since. I’m truly thankful for her being here at chapel valley.
