Mr. Atiqullah did an excellent and efficient job. He promptly and professionally resolved the issues we encountered in the apartment. His work is highly commendable.

Been here for a couple months now. By far the best apartments ive lived at thus far. Large living space for the price. Quiet and clean. Maintenance is responsive. Only con is that you are mandated to pay $30/month for valet trash and they only take one bag, no cardboard. Dumpsters in each area, easy to walk trash out.

I have been living for more than 1 year here. Leidy, has been my goto person. She is very helpful and even helped me n number of times on Saturdays (Weekend). She is very prompt and replies very fast and make sure we have a good experience overall. Highly recommend her.

Atiqullah did an excellent job installing our jet spray and shower filter. He was punctual, friendly, and very professional. The work was done neatly and efficiently. Highly recommend his services.

The customer service at chapel tower apartments is really excellent. Atiqullah and the other maintenance staff have always resolved all apartment related issues proactively as soon as service request has been raised.
