I absolutely love these apartments. The receptionist got me approved & moved in, in no time. She was very respectful and understanding.

Been in Chapel Ridge for almost 2 years... haven't had any major problems..I love the fact that it's a clean environment..very quiet and my neighbors are nice and courteous ❤️

It's nice place to live but it needs sum better rules and service. It's sometimes hard to put a work order in when the website is always down.

I was driving through because I'm looking for a decent place to rent. Tell why someone in a black sports car, maybe a charger, pulled out of their parking space and followed me all the way around the fire lane....STALKING ME....just to aggressively drive around me to park in their same spot? Then, they honked their horn at me! I hadn't even moved in, and I'm already being harassed. I guess these thugs think they can do what they want with no repercussions. They're going to play with the wrong one and find out. UPDATE: Yeah, based off of the reply, I had to bring that rating down to 1 star. It's pretty obvious that the establishment doesn't care about the behaviors of their residence and/or their guests. Reading past reviews, it's been this way for years. Do better
