Chapel Place Homes

DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT TRY TO RENT FEOM THEM. WE WENT FROM BEING APPROVED, TO GETTING OUR KEYS, TO GIVING THE DEPOSIT, TO NOW NOT ABLE TO MOVE IN AND STILL WAITING 2 WEEKS LATER FOR MY MONEY BACK.

I was looking for a home for myself & my 2 children, when a good friend told me about Chapel Place homes. She referred me to the old property manager Ms. Shirley. She is the new property manager at Windsor Pointe Homes down the street from Chapel Place Homes. She told me that she didn't have any vacancies in her complex but she was helping Chapel Place fill their vacancies before new management took over. In desperate need of a new place, I went against my better judgement & I filled out a application with Ms. Shirley for Chapel Place. I gave her all my information, got everything verified & gave my deposit on June 28. I was told I could move in first of July. It never happened. I was told I caould move in every week but when I called, I always got a different answer from when I seen someo

Theresa Thomas is the worst Manager I’ve come across at Chapel Place Homes. I been living here since they built these houses. I never had any complaints until now since new Management has taken over. I’m in desperate need for a dryer and she keeps lying that one is coming to the house but I haven’t seen anything; but yet claiming there some new ones they already have. You can’t call the office cause the number stays disconnected or no one just don’t answer. All I can see is this company only cares about getting their rent on the first of each month. Oh and they increased the rent to $795.00. I will definitely be moving when lease is up.
