Chaparral Apartments

My father was found dead in his apartment at Chaparral, upon finding this out me and my sibling together drove a total of 24 hours across states to make it to Louisiana to retrieve my fathers belongings upon arrival we were told that all that was needed was a photo id and the manager on site needing to get in contact with corporate and to give her some time, after over an hour of being patient our time was cracking down because again we are not from Louisiana but wanted to retrieve his will and insurance to move forward with his funeral, we arrive back to the apartments and are told that there has been no word back, we call cooperate ourselves and are told they can only send an email to their higher ups. The assistant manager and manager truly went above and beyond the call of duty. They stayed and worked after hours to help my brother. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to help made him feel right at home. The apartments are spacious, well-maintained, and in a great location. A washer and dryer were included in his apartment, and there is plenty of parking. I highly recommend Chaparral Apartments for anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable place to stay. Thank you

I've been living here for the last year and a half and I've enjoyed it here. The staff are friendly, diligent, and kind. My neighbors are very nice too! The living is spacious for 1-2 people and cost is affordable! They're very willing to work with you if you're struggling as long as you communicate with them. I've never really had any issues here and don't leave reviews very often so I wanted to share my thoughts. It's simple living and quiet for the most part if you don't mind the train on the other side of town.

I was able to move in the same day after canceling my lease for a rundown place. These apartments are super well-kept—it's like night and day compared to the place I took a pass on. I am genuinely serious when I say this new apartment vs the old one is like heaven and hell. Thank you Zachariah and his Manager. Definitely military friendly

I like them Apartments they quiet always clean and groomed. be so pretty and peaceful at night although Im from Houston and hate Leesville. But I have a friend that lives there and I be over there a lot at the pool or on a Sunday put some meat on the pit chill & get ready for our week.
