Chaparral Apartments Bossier City

Don’t move here!!!! I would not recommend living here. The biggest issue is the serious roach problem they are everywhere, including the kitchen, bathroom, and even crawling on the walls at night. No matter how clean I kept the apartment, the infestation never improved. Pest control was either ineffective or inconsistent, and management did not take the situation seriously. They breached the lease and still made me pay the reletting fee. It’s disgusting over there. Shouldn’t have to pay to move out because of roaches. Ongoing issue since I moved in.

This is the worst setup of apartments I've ever been too. Second time ive been and cant find anything not even the dang office. All the workers dont speak English so yeah

Nice and clean apartment. Would be five stars but, walls are very thin and my apartment wasn’t fully ready when I moved in. Dishwasher wasn’t set properly, doors were on lopsided, toilet wasn’t flushing properly. Had to get it all fixed. Walls are extremely thin. Can constantly hear my upstairs neighbors walking around and doing things while I’m trying to sleep. Nice pools and hot tube. Haven’t tried the fitness center because it’s been locked for a while now. It’s a good place to live though. Staff is nice.

I lived here for two years and loved it. There were a few issues here and there but I consider that part of apartment living. Any maintenance that I needed resolved was followed up within a few days. The grounds people do a great job of maintaining the property. The staff is very cordial. The neighborhood is safe and for the most part quiet. The space is accommodating for one person but I did wish that I had a larger kitchen. The location of this property is incredible. It's not too far away from anything. I also had great Wifi reception as well. I would say that the rental rate is affordable for a minimum wage earning couple.

I really had a great experience at the Chaparral. All of the stuff was very kind and if i had a problem they didnt take long to fix it. I really appreciate thr Ladies in the office they was always there when i needed them. The tenants are nice and respectful as well. Thank you all for everything.
