Love living here. A very responsive team in the office and an amazing maintenance crew. Joe gets things fixed and working again in no time. We have lived here almost two years now and will be renewing. Love the pool, hot tub, function rooms, gym and Gus's Market right in the building.

Rented this event space for a birthday party and it was so pretty! Daniel was a great help in helping set up the reservation and checking in on our group. He made sure we had everything we needed and for our event to run smoothly. I would rent the space again for sure!

I’ve lived here for 12 years, and they are now increasing my rent by $1,200 a month. Just last month the fire department declared the fire alarms to be non-functioning, meaning the building is officially a “death trap”. Also last month, the city inspector demanded repairs to address “general dilapidation”. Be aware that many of the positive reviews are fake or from people who’ve never lived here. Also be aware of constant construction noise continuing until 2028 from the nearby very deep pit which used to be a park across the street. Do not live here – you may die here.

I stayed here for a year and although the community is nice. It is really really overpriced. For studios also, my utilities were $300+ a month which is ridiculous. Please avoid this place if you can and save your hard earned money. They also increased my rent 20% at the end of lease which is very disconcerting.

Working with Daniel was such a great experience from start to finish! He was incredibly easy to communicate with -- responsive, organized, and always a step ahead in planning. Everything behind the scenes ran so smoothly. My guests felt comfortable and welcomed. Highly recommend working with him!
