We've lived here for over 2 years and it's truly a wonderful place to live! Can't complain about much. Our manager, Diana is absolutely wonderful. She is always friendly, kind and understanding. There is a tornado shelter for the complex, which I am personally grateful for for my daughter and I. Each apartment includes a full-sized washer and dryer. There is no water bill. The playground is clean and the neighborhood is usually quiet. I haven't seen hardly any bugs or pests. The inspections seem to be frequent. They give lots of notices. We love our neighbors and our community and we are grateful to be here at Chandler Terrace.
Absolutely love this place these people are so friendly the staff and management are awesome recommended thim any day
I do not live here but I have a friend that has lived here many many years an they really need to do something about the manager she has her favorites an she is very wishy washy the apartments are very nice but the manager is the worst.
