I lived in a Chandler Property for 2 years and it was the best management experience I've had - from the on-site manager, to the property manager, to all of the speciality folks hired (electricians, construction, water/heater), I felt respected, heard, and saw that they really cared to make sure that my requests were seen through. I loved my time in my apartment building and loved the way they kept up the building and property. I will miss the management and would recommend these properties wholeheartedly. I had a lovely experience with Miriam and my building manager in my 2 years at my apartment. My building was always very well maintained, safe, and my neighbors were all wonderful. When I move back to SF, I’ll definitely explore other Chandler managed buildings!

Chandler Property Management was great when I was looking for a new apartment up in SF. Their team was kind and very willing to work with my situation.
