Chandler Pointe

My Mom and I have been here for a little over a year and we love it! Very safe and quiet community! All of the staff is super helpful and quick to make repairs when needed. Kenny is always riding by waving and making sure all of our maintenance requests are handled quickly!

I’ve been living at Chandler Point 2 1/2 years. When I was looking, I particularly wanted a gated community. I felt I needed the security….living alone. It is perfect. I love it being so near I 95. Didn’t know I would enjoy the swans and ducks…..and the occasional egret that makes a landing in one of our ponds. I’m a senior citizen, so I really enjoy the peace I’ve found here. I love that they pick up my trash and take to the dumpster. Kenny is always so pleasant and friendly. Thank you Chandler Point

I have been living in Chandler community 3 yrs. I have enjoyed our space that is a perfect size for us and very safe gated community as a single mom that is conveniently located to all our activities. Maintenance has been very prompt and friendly . I do not use trash valet as we take on our way but it is an amenity that is offered. And unfortunately I have experience monthly breakfast resident appreciation as at work prior to offering but is a great benefit to be acknowledged and valued. So glad I moved here.

Chandler Pointe is a very great, safe and gated community. Has a very nice and quiet neighborhood with gated backyard and carport. Has free car wash station, valet trash pickup. We are loving our new place so much.
