Mr Johnathan and his beautiful wife is very nice I've never rented anything from him my father and husband work out there. The apartments are nice inside & outside. The have different ways you can rent as in fully furnished or you can bring your own stuff its up to you but with fully furnished includes everything including Wi-Fi and tv I don't know if they still have it like that but water and lights was included bit in the furnished homes you can't have pets only bad thing but it would be great for a older couple and a couple just starting out or a small family its gated so you don't have to worry if your gonna wake up and your car is broken into or your house, its safe and their cameras everywhere. But overall Mr Jonathan and his wife Mrs Shannon are very nice people and overall its nice

Superior housing with friendly and attentive staff. Ownership is professional and understanding. Been renting for a year and couldn't be happier. Highly recommended. Jonathan (owner) goes above and beyond to make sure all units are up to his high standards. Gated community as well!

This is a slum landlord! He has the nice properties listed on line but the not so nice properties are not and he doesn't care about them. My family member called him and told him that an electrician told her and the other 2 tenants in the building that the whole building needed to be rewired soon because it has a high potential of catching fire...when they complained about it, instead of him saying anything about it he asked them if they wanted to move because all they do is complain since they moved there 4 months ago. When she asked him if she needed to get a lawyer he said that he has lawyers too and she could either stay there or move but do not contact his cell phone or text him unless it's an emergency! I guess AFTER the building burns to the ground I guess that's considered an emer
