If I could give this place negative stars I would . I lived here for 10 years way too long . Roach invested mice invested . When Megan was there she would try and do things like not raise my rent or get me new carpet because all the problems. The housing market was horrible so I stayed there .My rent went from 1200 to 1750 . They don’t fix anything they would rig it to past inspection. Matience would sexual harass me and others have complaint as well , if u didn’t do favors for him he won’t fix things or not show up for months . Im finally out best feeling in the world !!! This place will take your soul . The experience I had coming to this property this weekend/week, was crazy as hell!! Someone had just moved out of the unit, they didn’t clean the unit good. They move the tenant in with so many problems on the property. They have on tenants said that they was cleaning her vent to change it and it was all mildew.I don’t recommend no one to move in on this property unless this property have a full inspection done. Ma’am! Your townhome is trash and dirty! You are a slum lord!! Get over it! And the experience I had when I went there for a week, it was horrible.

I've been at Champions Valley Townhomes for less then a year, and look forward to my lease to be up. This place has so many problems from Lack of Professionalism, Communication, Maintenance problems aren't handled in a timely manner, in my case my issues that were reported when I moved into the Unit, still haven't been repaired. They will try to cheat you out of money, it's just awful the way their business is handled. The owner is non existent to problems, unless it concerns his rent arriving late. The alleged "Property Manager" Asia Boyd, who really doesn't manage the property at all walks around as if her life is grand, but she never addresses real property issues. Her mother " Angela" will lie about anything to avoid the facts of the property problems. Not to mention. you really can't

Love it here. Owners and management are very kind people. Maintenance is professional and safe, they take care of you property needs here and promptly. Owner and landlord takes pride in her property, she's respected and we respect her. Thank you

The town homes are nice. But they do not respond quick to any maintenance issues. There were rats when I lived there and they never did anything about it. After I was there for two years we decided to buy a house and moved out after our lease was up. We made sure EVERYTHING was the same as when we moved in and cleaned before we left. After one year of trying to get in touch with the owner to get my $500 deposit back I gave up. The manager didn't do anything to help me get it back.
