WORST living experience ever. management doesn’t help and they are very unprofessional. cockroaches everywhere even if you are getting pest control every week. then turns out you can’t call to get pest control you have to go in person every single time. they tried to give me eviction papers mid lease because my rent hadn’t processed yet and i still had to pay a $300 fee on top of that. You pay for your own parking spot but every day there are other people parked in your spot. lastly when my lease finally ended i went to to drop off my money order for the last month, they LOST my money order and then tried to tell me that my remaining was going to be sent to collections. if it wasn’t for me still having my receipt they probably would’ve still sent it to collections without caring. I had an excellent experience at these apartments. The rental process was very quick and easy, and the staff was very helpful and kind throughout. Everything was clear from the beginning, and they made me feel welcome. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable home with great customer service.

I love living here at Champions Park Apartments. I have a nice spacious place, wonderful neighbors, and management is extremely helpful. Whatever I need they have always come through. I give 5 stars for excellent customer service experience!

Horrible Living Conditions & Management Scam! Living here has been an absolute nightmare. Roach infestations, broken appliances, sky-high utility bills, and completely negligent management—this place is unlivable. I’ve been overcharged $1,269/month for a one-bedroom, while similar units are now listed at $786/month. I was lied to and ripped off. On top of that, I’m forced to pay $55 extra per month for an ancient washer and dryer, and the dryer takes 3–4 hours to dry clothes, causing my electricity bill to skyrocket. Management is a revolving door of incompetence. They ignore work orders, refuse to fix major issues, and dodge responsibility at every turn. My mailbox doesn’t lock, the kitchen is unusable because of roaches, and my AC issues have driven my utility bill up to $250–$300 per
