The front office staff is great ! Jennifer was the one who helped me with my application, she is very professional, efficient and she cares She saw me all the way through the process of my application. Maintenance was quick to get the things I needed fixed in my apartment. On the other hand, maintenance needs to keep up with the property better. There is always litter on the property and the dumpsters are always flowing over.

Martha is professional, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile to help residents. You can tell she genuinely cares about the community and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly. Her communication is great, she’s approachable, and she handles every situation with patience and grace. It’s refreshing to find a manager who is both knowledgeable and people-oriented. Champion Townhomes on the Green is lucky to have her! Highly recommend!

Jenny has to be the kindest leasing agent that I have ever met. She was very thorough regarding the process and an amazing tour guide. She made me feel welcomed.

Where do I begin! I’ve lived here almost three years. When I first moved in there was a roach infestation in my apt. After months of working with the pest control company the complex uses I ended up hiring my own company and paying out of pocket to have the issue resolved. No roaches for almost two years and now They are back!! Moved in and the tub upstairs for my kids was stained so bad with dirt no matter how much you clean it, was told they would replace the tub never did. My son got into an altercation at the basketball court over a BASKETBALL GAME and guns were pulled by the other teens, I called the police and reported it to the office. The police confirmed that over the last few years they have been called to that house several times for guns and drugs but they haven’t been kicked o

When I first moved here it was nice. Now it’s roach infested. Trash everywhere. Someone got killed here on August 12. Office didn’t inform tenants. I heard about it from another neighbor. Soon as they move one person out they moving new people in within a week. I will not be renewing lease here. Would not recommend
