Champion Title & Settlements- Ashburn Office

A few weeks ago, I closed on my condo. Overall, the process had been fairly smooth up until closing. My lender didn't have the documents ready for closing and failed to communicate that to any of us until 20mins before the closing was supposed to occur. My processor Haley was on my lender's tail that whole day to ensure that we closed that day (which we did). Haley is everything you want in a processor. She responds back to you in a timely manner, she's easy to work with, and she always gives her all even when problems arise. I am beyond thankful that she was my processor. I also want to give a shoutout to Kathryn H. and Colton L. for seamlessly executing funding, recording, and disbursing on my file. I would definitely use Champion Title and Settlements again. Keep up the great work!
