Champion Oaks Apartments

This is the best place to live, calm, peaceful, the apartments are cozy and nice, affordable prices. Grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The ladies in the office are the best they are very helpful at helping you find your new place to live. The maintenance is always fast when it comes to fixing anything in ur apartment. I couldn’t have picked the best apartment for me and my kids. I will genuinely recommend anybody to live here.

I had the pleasure of touring Champion Oaks Apartments with Michael Chong, and it was such a great experience! Michael was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable ,he took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I got a real feel for the community. The property itself is beautiful ,well-maintained grounds, spacious floor plans, and a welcoming atmosphere. You can tell the management really cares about keeping everything clean and comfortable. If you’re apartment hunting in the area, I highly recommend scheduling a tour with Michael at Champion Oaks. He made the whole process easy and enjoyable!

Really love staying here I really like the staff the management staff the maintenance staff all are excellent. Everyone is friendly all the orders are prompt they do amazing job fixing whatever you need them to fix no wait time or nothing. The outside of the property is kept nice and clean trash is picked up like supposed to my family and I like living here appreciate everything that Ashley and yanni are doing keep up the good work guys.

I have lived here at Champion Oaks for 20+ yrs. The management and maintenance staff are ALWAYS so kind and efficient. Problems/Service Requests are always handled in a professional timely manner. The office often has fun games, contests, holiday activities going on....and.......I feel safe.

I chose this place because the exterior was well maintained and they had great pricing for 2 bedroom units. The office staff were very helpful when I came to tour, and they did not seem bothered at all. Rachel in the office and Jose with maintenance are very professional and they have helped me with whatever I needed. They always acknowledge my daughter which is important to me. The apartments are older but my unit has been well maintained. The maintenance team is very effective and they're usually in my apartment within an hour. They are busy but they always tend to whatever I need. They keep the pool up and running and it's cleaned every week. I feel safe living here with my 4 year old daughter and she's enjoyed playing in the court yard by the pool. The office staff have always returne
