Was driving around the apartment complex seen one of the property managers out shoveling snow. I’ve lived in this community a long time now this isn’t something I’ve seen before, Chad could very easily be sitting in the office warm and just doing the job required of him or have the maintenance staff out doing that, but to be out trying to make sure something as simple as making sure that spots are cleared from a heavy snowfall shows he’s going the extra mile to make sure the residents feel appreciated. More people like Chad are needed high commendable we appreciate you Chad and all the hard work you do for this community it doesn’t go unnoticed 🔥

I want to give a HUGE shout-out and a massive 'thank you' to Andrew from the maintenance team! He has been absolutely phenomenal in helping me with my HVAC repairs. Andrew was not only incredibly efficient but also wonderfully prompt and punctual – he arrived exactly when he said he would. What truly 'wowed' me was his willingness to come back a second time to help repair my closet shelves. His professionalism and the quality of his work on both tasks were outstanding. I have lived very happily at Champion Farms Apartments for 6 years now. The staff is truly phenomenal! Kristin Edmonds, Champion Farms Apartments District Manager, sets a positive leadership tone for the whole Apartment Complex in that she consistently communicates high apartment living standards to staff and residents. From the first time I met Kristin and took a tour here, I knew that this was home. She made me feel safe, welcome, and HOME! Moved in December 6, 2024. It has been hell and not the experience I expected. We were told only the “ renovated “ one was available which we liked that option anyways this apartment is completely out dated and old. Any “ job “ that’s been done to this unit was half done. It’s not worth $1,600+ to live here. We were never even given a proper walk through when moving in, the keys were just given with no walk through with anyone from the front office, we were never told we were getting carpet instead of hard wood floors, the shelves in closets are breaking, they painted over pieces of HUMAN hair on the walls in almost every room, the window leaks water when it rains, the front door is un even and doesn’t even fit the frame causing heat and air to get out & in, There’s only ONE dumpster provi

I’ve lived at Champion Farms for seven years, and I cannot wait to move out. When I first moved in, it was a great place to live, quiet, well maintained, and the leasing office was responsive. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case. Over the past year, the noise from neighboring units has become unbearable. The leasing office has done nothing to fix this issue. They’re quick to raise the rent, but when it comes to ensuring residents have a livable environment, Nowhere to be found. If you’re looking for a place to call home where you can actually relax and enjoy your space, I’d recommend looking somewhere else .
