I've been a resident here at Champagne for the past 4 months. Well experienced staff and management. Onboarding was so smooth and Simone from the management was so patient and friendly. Community is calm and well-maintained. They were prompt in addressing any issues or concerns. I have lived at the Champagne Apartments for about two years. I like this neighborhood, very convenient location. I like the staff very much, very friendly and helpful, all questions are solved promptly. Simone and Michael in particular are very professional, kind and helpful. Champagne must be the best value apartments in Bellevue. The combination of price, location, apartment size, and customer service is unbeatable. Mike and his team are true professionals when it comes to management of the property. The grounds are kept clean, and maintenance is completed in a timely fashion without fuss. As an example, our oven went on the fritz and without question we had a new one installed within a few short days. The apartments themselves are well-updated and functional 2 bed/ 2 bath units with mostly hardwood/LVP flooring. They have all the appliances you need, including washer, dryer, dishwasher, and garbage disposals. The location is great - just minutes to crossroads mall and the Microsoft campus.
