I had such a great experience working with Chafin. Brittany and Vivian were fabulous. No matter how many questions I had they were always attentive and willing to answer them all. My design appointment was great while they were able to assist with all my selections. They are some of the kindest ladies I’ve ever met.

Beautiful home. Great experience building our home. However, the man that appears to be in charge of landscaping/development did a horrendous job selecting sod for not only our community but another one as well. After numerous complaints they’ve now used quality sod for all forthcoming developments. They “helped” us and had us write them a $2,000 check to re lay some areas of sod; claiming that they would cover the labor so long as we paid for sod. Frankly, we weren’t as upset about the grass situation as much as we were about how utterly disrespectful the man in charge of that situation was to us. I've had the pleasure of working with Brittney and Vivian at Canterbury Community with Chafin Communities and they are one of my FAVORITE duo team! We couldn’t be happier to have gone through our first home buying/building process with Chafin! From beginning to end, the on site agents Julie and Trent were awesome. They were always responsive when we had any questions or needed anything, and made this process super easy and enjoyable for us. Cole was great as well, and made sure our home was in perfect condition before we moved in while helping us understand warranties, maintenance, and other things. FINAL UPDATE: Chafin has contacted us and after meeting and exchanging emails, it has been made clear to me that the damage and leak from the toilet was out their responsibility since it was considered "due to maintenance", so who is the one at fault? Having on mind, this started with the leak started right below the toilet, somewhere we couldn't even imagine until it leaked to out downstairs ceiling UPDATE 2: Following these past reviews, we have called someone (recommended by the plumber) to assess the wood and water damage caused by the leak and found out the problem is much bigger than what we initially thought. The water has damaged the upstairs floor and middle wood. We are glad the plumber was attentive to look out for us and recommend someone to check and repair all this damage, b
