If you plan on moving here get yourself some cameras cause the maintenance crew loves to go into your apartment when no one’s home. Had to learn the hard way.
Chadwick is very clean ,there are hard work people lived here it far from poverty vibes which I just read in comment area ,neighbors are very nice .A lot of units are inexpensive and affordable.It very quiet and friendly place to live. Rental / maintenance office work with you and help you any way they can.
Very depressing place. Gives off the no hope, mediocrity, and poverty vibes. Plus it reeks of cigarettes, alcohol, and marijuana
