Excellent customer service- I had the pleasure to meet the production manager Paul Gomez -who assigned a loan officer who took my mortgage application...long story short -after 3 short weeks I closed on my home..Good job CFN you really ROCK!

We were connected to CFN through Lennar. We have a very high credit score 780+, put 10% down and have shown substantial income for two years. We are self-employed. We were asked to provide over 85 documents including over 250 pages of support for our assets, income and deposits. I don't expect the good ole days when my dog could qualify for a no down 30 year loan but this has been onerous. Once we were within 30 days the rate quotes came in a full point above market. Oddly the 5/1 Arm was quoted higher than the 30 year fixed. Today's market for 30 year fixed is 3.37 to 3.9 - we are quoted 4.12. Our 5/1 ARM was quoted as 4.25. Why do their loan originators use a gmail address? Why is their website domain off line? I was asked to send over sensitive personal information over insecure email
