Be very careful with this company. They are not people of their spoken word. To be very clear, I am not saying they did anything legally wrong, as they did not. We put an offer in on a condo they have listed in downtown Miami. The price is north of $4M but I will leave the details and agents names out. Our offer had technically expired by the time they accepted it but not a problem, as timelines and deadlines did not seem super important to them. So we and they agreed on the price and signed the contract to buy. Fast forward to the inspection. The building was built in 2009, so it was expected that it wouldn’t be perfect, but it was pretty bad, as in well over $150k of repairs and several very big unknowns, such as two bathroom leaks that will very likely result in complete shower rebuilds

We found a rental that we liked on Zillow and Claudia was the realtor for the rental. First she required a down payment be sent in as a wire to an escrow account, not a cashier's check or money order.... Before we even filled out the application. Then the finance department said for almost 2 weeks that they never received it at the end of it all their finance department had apologized and said so sorry, we thought that wire was from someone else.
