I don’t normally leave reviews but Michael Barnard deserves all of the praise! I had a somewhat tight budget and even tighter timeline to find a condo in Miami and he was beyond helpful and communicative. He attempted negotiations on my behalf, checked everything during the walk-through, and when I experienced issues with my condo building a couple weeks after moving in he was able to resolve it on my behalf within minutes when I couldn’t get a response (even though he technically owed me nothing at that point). Truly recommend

“Terrible experience with this real estate office. The two employees—a man and a woman—were incredibly rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. Their nasty attitudes made it clear they had no interest in helping. Avoid this place at all costs.

Dealing with this real estate company was an absolute nightmare. Their customer service is not only shockingly rude but also blatantly unprofessional. They show no commitment to helping their clients and have zero regard for providing even basic assistance. It’s clear they have no interest in maintaining any standard of professionalism or respect. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this company entirely.

I recently met Jose Cipriani at Cervera and I can honestly say he’s very professional and passionate about his work. And, I felt welcomed by everyone there!
