Our inspection report included detailed photos and diagrams of all kinds of issues we hadn't noticed during our home tour, and he also spent a lot of time on the phone with us after hours, explaining what each of the issues meant and how we could go about resolving them. This was just invaluable for first-time homebuyers. 10/10 highly recommend.

Ed has been on my preferred inspector list since 2008. His reports are easy to read. His wife Patti schedules the appointments and she is always pleasant and easy to work with. My clients receive their reports the same day as the inspection. In addition to that, Ed is always available by phone or email when needed.
