Century Village West Palm Beach

My building is absolutely wonderful and has an incredible HOA that keeps it sound and taken care of. My neighbor's are great. The financials are sound, the roof is new and the condos are in great shape. I love that the gym, clubhouse and pools are really great. Going for a walk everyday you run into nice people. It's a great place to retire to. This is really a wonderful place, especially for the money.

It is very disturbing that in the Medical Center they can not handle emergency cases. They immediately ask for an appointment before they talk to you. Sorry but this is ridiculous in a community with over 7,000 residents. The manager of this medical office did not even got off her phone to ask what was the emergency. The front desk receptionists were clueless as what should be done. Question is: why this community needs such a medical office? They do not deserve even one star! I suggest for everybody if in need of medical help, take a few extra steps, go to the corner of Okeechobee and Haverhill to the Good Samaritan Medical Center where they provide good, friendly, honest and quick professional help. They deserve five stars!

We just moved into our new unit and we love it! Peaceful, clean and we're enjoying the new neighbors and amenities.

My father has had issues for years, HOA does nothing but take your money and when a problem with Termites or structural items comes up they drag there feet. My dad was living in a rental for 3 years while Century Village were fighting over fixing his termite infested building. Floor structure came down on below apartment because of faulty contractors and termite damage that had been ignored. Realtor Blanca D. Smith asked my father to write her blank name money orders while he was living in rentals. I would not trust this realtor as she took advantage of the situation to increase her payroll. BLANK MONEY ORDER and when my father asked why she would get defensive and ignore the question. I worry that if she did this to my father how many more elderly people did she take advantage of.
