Very clean and nice apartments. Friendly and safe environment. The staff were very nice and well organized. Pet friendly
Needs improvements in the back of complex, needs a better fence, and the parking lot needs to be repaved, too many pot holes. Overall it's a roof over your head.
Older complex, completed in the early 1980's. Showing its age. Convenient to the Metro Transit line and shopping.
Location good. Area not great. Apartments older.
