New association does not care about maintaining the building clean but are quick to right you up for things , or tow your guest when there’s no where to register guest parking. There’s a Big infestation of bugs on the canal side of these buildings and nothing is being done about this. This is really bad and you can’t open up your sliding door.

If you're thinking of renting or buying, don't do it in this place. It looks nice on the outside, but besides being deceptive and expensive, it's poorly managed and will cause you a lot of frustration. It has nothing, and they charge a fortune. If you look for an apartment with a pool, gym, courts, and everything else, you'll find it cheaper. Research very well before making a deal here.

Terrible administration. The condo president, Mr. Gamarra, is extremely disrespectful, unprofessional, and incompetent. We were hired to service a vehicle belonging to a handicapped resident, and as soon as he saw us working, he parked beside the vehicle, began touching it, and taking pictures, threatening to call a tow truck, even though the car clearly displayed a handicapped sign. When we calmly asked for an explanation, he raised his voice and aggressively pointed at my brother, showing complete lack of respect and professionalism.

Car was towed even though it was in a visitor spot and was there for about 4 hours. The sign in the visitor’s area is clearly labeled as no more than 8 hours. They claim there is a rule that visitors must declare when you are staying past 8pm even though there is nothing there indicating that to be the case. If this is the rule it should be clearly posted on the sign so everyone is aware. It is outrageous that a simple visit results in having your vehicle unjustly towed. This is truly bad form.

I live in this complex, and I honestly wouldn't recommend it to anyone. One of the biggest issues here is the ridiculous parking situation. My family has multiple vehicles, and despite being residents, they’ve towed my car separate times the most recent one was after it was parked for just over 20 minutes. It's frustrating, unfair, and clearly a money grab. There is never enough parking, and they do nothing to accommodate residents who live here and pay rent. When we first moved in, the management let us move into a unit where the shower wasn't even finished. They promised they’d complete it shortly after we moved in. It’s now been three years, and it's still not fixed. Because of that and the poor ventilation in the unit, we've developed a mold problem, which is both gross and a serious
