Century Oaks

Was looking for a place for my husband and our wonderful dog. Had looked all over and nothing just seemed right for us. Came across this place and everything was wonderful! Both managers I believe, Hanna and Kamryn. Bless their hearts! They were absolutely wonderful and heard everything I had to say and helped in every single way they could! Would highly recommend!

Im a fan of Hannah and Cameron. They stay on top of their information, they’re kind women, and work well with what they have! The maintenance keeps the community up! Its a ongoing good building process. They try to maintain a safe environment.There are many who have been here for years. Ive been here 3-4 years. I can say communication and being responsible at this complex will take you on a path that’s well. Be great:)

Last summer (2024), I visited my son who lives at Century Oaks Apartments. During my stay, Carmen from the front office gave us a parking sticker for my vehicle so that it wouldn’t be towed while I was visiting. This was done at my son’s request and with the understanding that I would be staying for a few days. This past week, my husband and I drove from San Antonio to take my son to a scheduled surgery in College Station. We arrived at the apartment complex at 1:45 AM on Friday, April 4. Since we had been issued a sticker previously and it was still on my vehicle, I felt comfortable parking there. However, when we returned later that day around 4:30 PM, my car had been towed. Honestly yes this place does have a few issues here and there but they are working to get it fixed. I've been through 4 leases with this place. And I love it. At the lens of the day it's killeen there are going to be problems everywhere
