Century Dunes

I really hate to write this because my wife and I truly love(ed) this place when touring. We toured twice with the 2/2 and the 3/2. When we went to look at the 3/2 (Atlanta Layout) we toured unit 8-312. At first nothing seemed off and my wife saw a roach in the shower but we brushed it off cause it’s Florida and there’s always bound to be SOMETHING. It was dead too so no alarms went off. And then things went downhill. We realized there were hundreds all over the door hinges of the bedroom to the far left, roaches in the fridge, all over the crease where the wall meets the ceiling. It was truly insane how they were freely just roaming and there were more than we could even count. We left disappointed because it was our dream place up until then and we can’t even bring ourselves to just pick

It’s been years since I’ve lived the apartment life. That being said it has been a wonderful experience thus far. The staff are very professional, proficient, and empathetic to the residents needs. Keep up the great work. Thanks for all you do! Also just a quick shout out to the wonderful powerhouse females in the office, you all rock. Also, we often overlook the very polite, professional and very knowledgeable men with boots on the ground tending to any and all situations of repairs etc. you sirs are very much appreciated as well and this place would not be the same without you ALL. Such a great team. Thanks for treating we the residents as family and not just a tenant!

This is an amazing community. The office personnel are easy to talk to and welcoming. This is more than just an apartment complex we are a community and all because of the amazing women (manager and office personnel) who bring us together on monthly events through food trucks, family gatherings and parties. Can’t forget maintenance. They are prompt, respectful and very helpful. They are always striving for excellence.

my experience was very pleasant at Century dunes!! leasing manager Bryanna Took me on a tour. She was very pleasant very informative on Questions that I had she answered them well. I had a pleasant experience.

Bryanna and Jessica was amazing. It started smooth then little bump but Both Bryanna and Jessica came with a solution to me and my family. We are loving our new apartment home Maintenance is awesome, came fast
