This group soley cares about they commissions and make it hard for you to sell your property. Everyday they have a new story as to why you should not sell and there’s is little to no support please please do not list your place with this company or Carla you won’t get anything do not buy either port liberte is over rated with absolutely no practical resale options and renting it out? While the grounds may look appealing, you can’t do anything. There are tons of restrictions you don’t hear about. It’s not worth it for the amount you pay on hoa fees, for specific incidents feel free to email me. There is also part of the phase that’s been heavily impacted by storm Sandy and can’t be rented or sold, HOA fees have sky rocketed, Over $1,500. These are things not often disclosed.

Agent Carla is very unreliable, deceiving and dishonest person. Only has her own interest in mind. Please stay away from this agency.
