Be aware of one of their broker agents practices named Daniel Turhuner this guy try to defrud me and scam me as a first time home buyer and he decided to protect a seller that was hidding mayor defects on a property amounting to thousands of dollars and who lie on a property disclosure. He denied me access to inspect the property, after I scheduled the inspection 3 times and after my lawyer asked him 3 more times him and the seller kept making up excuses to not allowing us access to inspect the property and making me loose my inspection period of 5 days. He even denied doing the final walkthrough on the property on the closing day and denied me access to the property during a second walkthrough I had to schedule to find out about all that of this mayor issues with my general contractor and

For anyone else like me that lives anywhere near Chautauqua county or just goes by New York time; So you don’t waste an hour of your life, this location actually opens at 9 AM
