Choosing a realtor to work with can seem like a daunting task. After meeting Brian Conklin the decision was simple. Brian was attentive, taking notes and asking questions. We gave him a list of “must haves” It was specific and picky. Throughout the entire process he was easy to reach, communication skills are efficient for sure. He found us the home we were looking for in the timeframe we hoped for. Immediately after closing we put him right back to work looking for tenants to occupy the home we were leaving. Again, another smooth process. He will go above and beyond and displays a work ethic you don’t see much of anymore. A total pleasure to work with and I would recommend him to anyone in the market. My husband and I had finally found our forever home after months of searching in this current market. We were beyond excited to close and start celebrating such a joyous moment with our families. However, with the interactions we encountered with this real estate agent, Catherine Engleke, each one was worse than the last. Our closing day was the final straw with this agent. It started with our home inspection; the homeowner and his family were present. He followed us around the home while becoming extremely disgruntled with our inspector and his work. Catherine did nothing to effectively clarify the process to her client or rectify the situation. As a result, my husband and I could not fully inspect the home uninterrupted.
