I would never Trust Chasity Richard's. I met her at a BNI meeting. She pretended to be my friend. So she hired my company to clean & treat her roof. We provided services but once it came time to pay for our services she went from being friendly to attacking me about our Treatment & Process. So she decided she wasn't going to pay for our services. I gave it a week or two thinking she'll pay but she didn't. Then went back by to check on the results. I pull up & see a forsale sign in the front yard. Big red flag for me. So I decided it's time to take action. I went ahead & filed a lien on her home for services Rendered. Good thing I did because two weeks later the house sold. So if I didn't put that lien on her home she would've got away with not paying my company for our services, costing us
