This video shows Century 21 Realty Group’s agent Cesar Diaz outside our building at 2:32 PM on Thursday, February 26, 2026. While arguing about his client’s illegally parked car on their visit, he twice uses a homophobic-slur. This directly violates NJ Real Estate Commission’s Code of Conduct. On multiple occasions his clients have illegally park in other tenant’s parking spots while here to see a condo for sale. This latest violation occured after he was informed more than once of these situations. There is even a typewritten HOA notice in our building’s lobby to alert any real estate agent of the issue. If there was a way to put o stars I would. First of all if I put a good review for a business it's because they went out of their way to keep their word and earn their money. But after putting down $8220 and paying a $50 fee for a background check I feel I have the right to complain and warn other people . Don't deal with Angie. And her assistant. They promise things until they get the money in their hands . They put us in a house with numerous violations . Electrical, roach infested and most dangerous of all . Carbon monoxide detectors going off when you turn the heating system on . I plan on filing a complaint with the consumer fraud department. Today . They robbed me by charging me $2350 broker fee for a dangerous apartment. And I'm reporting them to the board of realtors.

For 3 years I cannot get unsubscribed from their paper mail with offers of free evaluation. I called them multiple times(>10) . I got multiple promises for my address to be removed but result is still the same. Can someone finally from the agency remove my address from their mailing list subscription?.
