We were very hesitant to sell our parent's home and wanted someone who would understand how much the house meant to our family and to find a buyer that would love the house just as much as we did. Cherese was always available to answer any of our questions and made us feel comfortable with our decisons regarding the sale. She made the heartbreak of having to sell our family houme into an easier task with her caring and support.

Cherese Villereal was very helpful and very patient through the buying process. She knew what we were looking for and knew our budget. We looked at several homes over the course of several weeks trying to find "the right place." As we were getting ready to start looking outside of Bellaire, Cherese contacted me and told me she may have found a home for us. And boy, did she deliver. Within a very short time, an offer was made, we closed on our new house, and we were in. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place in a nicer location. Had clients from out of state with a 1031 exchanges to buy MULTIPLE commercial properties from this company. Called agent and she rudely said It is a holiday so stop calling and texting me. Don't understand when clients have over millions to purchase properties thru 1031, yet agents act very unprofessional from a real estate company standpoint like it's their first time doing transactions.
