I was looking for a new lair for my evil plans, and I was having a hard time finding one that met my needs. I needed a place that was secluded, but still accessible to my minions. I also needed a place that had plenty of space for my experiments. I decided to give Century 21 North East a try. I was immediately impressed with their website. It was easy to use and had a lot of information about the different properties they had for sale. I also appreciated the fact that they had a team of real estate agents who were experts in the area. This fraud of a realtor sold a friends two family house in Peabody for $45,000 LESS than asking price. Yes that's right LESS...In todays market that is completely inexcusable bordering on unethical. Gave some bogus excuses for NOT holding an open house, then when you tried to reach him, he never responds. I viewed the house, it was actually listed at or under it's actual market value and was shocked when I heard the sold price. This guy is shady and is probably the most unprofessional if not criminal realtors I have ever come across. Do yourself a favor, do not list your house with this fraud

We looked at a couple of places with Mike. One was literally gutted. How could a realtor not know that. Not motivated and downright nasty. Mike is unprofessional period. We found a place with someone else. He sent me a nasty email from his Century 21 email address. I still have it. I wonder what this company thinks of that!
