Do NOT rent from Nachman. This has been one of the most stressful renting experiences I’ve ever had. Kim is extremely rude every time we try to get help, and Matthew never responds or follows up on anything. She is continuously passive aggressive, ignores phone calls, lies about conversations, does not address us when she knows it is us calling, and more. We’ve been here for months dealing with things no tenant should have to deal with, and they completely ignore us like it’s nothing. The communication is terrible, the professionalism is nowhere to be found, and they truly do not care about their tenants. If you value your time, money, or sanity, please look somewhere else. Renting from them has been nothing but a headache.

Please save your hard earned money, time, and your energy renting or leasing a place from these people. Absolutely horrific, no professionalism whatsoever. Absolutely awful . Out of all the places to rent, buy, or lease from please choose anyone else in the Hampton roads area. Please . Stay away ! Disgusted to have even done business with these people. Especially the main property manager Bryce.

They're prompt in responses and in my opinion the look out for the tenants interest. Great working relationship. Great service. Kudos to my property manager.

Company has not paid me my deposit back and it’s been over 60 days. The owner hasn’t returned my calls, I’ve left numerous emails/calls to Craig and Matt and have not got anywhere. I moved out of an apartment on January 6th and here it is almost April and they have been giving me the run around. Today I called and was told “they would get with accounting” since an error was made, but it’s very frustrating because I have called and left voicemails, yet I’ve been getting ignored. I just want to be paid what I’m rightfully owed.
