This was my first home purchase, so I didn't have expectations on what kind of realtor I was looking for. Fortunately, Melanie Staiger was recommended by an executive at my job. What I liked about her the most was her personality. It felt more like I was just checking out houses with a friend. She never volunteered her opinion. When I asked for it, the information she gave was informative, never leading or overly persuasive, and always respectful to the homeowners. I looked for homes in the summer and the winter. Melanie was busier in the summer, but she has a couple of women she works closely with, so someone was always available to show me a house. I liked her colleagues too, so that arrangement was fine with me. I’m not sure what other realtors are like, but for me, Melanie was a good

Renee Brown was referred to us by our realtor in Denver, though we suspect he just looked up realtors in Bismarck. Renee ended up being excellent, and went above and beyond to help us get this property. There were some timeline changes and other issues that popped up, but she made all the changes very easy to manage. We made the trip up here to look at homes over a weekend and Renee was very accommodating. Communication was excellent through the entire process, which lasted a couple of months.

Had a previous review which I deleted, I didn’t feel it was fair to leave up letting my frustration write it. Lucas was our realtor and was fantastic to work with especially being first time home buyers. He helped us get an issue resolved that was part of the purchase agreement and found not working after closing. I highly recommend using lucas as your realtor!

Tammi Winbauer was a dream to work with. So professional with attention to detail. She was concerned after a recent flash flood that the house might be flooded so stopped by to check on "one of her properties". Love love love!
